Savory Braised Oxtail with Preserved Lemon Polenta (Ming Tsai recipe) - Lots of prep and ingredients but very worth it. Oxtail is nutrient-rich and packed with protein. Serving with polenta was a great idea but I just used regular polenta. I'm going to reuse the leftover sauce and slow-cook a pot roast with it.
Oxtail Bourguinonne. Wasn't convinced, but my husband wanted to try it. So I made it late last night, let it sit in the refrigerator all night and re-heated it for dinner with mashed potatoes. I must say it surprised me. Very flavorful - will make again.
