EARN IT! It takes 4 weeks for you to notice your body changing, 8 weeks for your friends to notice, and 12 weeks for the rest of the world to notice. Give it 12 weeks, give it forever never allow yourself to QUIT!!!

I realize it is only Tuesday, but my week is already crazy. Do you have those weeks too?? Reason #9,000 why I love #Yoga...it centers me, balances me, and calms me. My schedule is jammed back but I ALWAYS make time for it. The busier I am, the more I need it!

Do you surround yourself with people that make you a better version of yourself? Tag the person or people that do that for you! I have been blessed to have great people in my life! I am grateful everyday for not just their friendship but most importantly the kick in butt when I need it most. Your true friends will constantly push you to be your best!!!
