Cook thoroughly on both sides  Heat up 1 cup blueberries in another small pan, add vanilla and cinnamon  Pour on top of your hot pancakes!  mmmmmm super low fat, high protein and low calorie breakfast and also very suitable for post workout meal!

Blend ingredients in food precessor or blender, transfer to piping (or ziploc) bag fitted w/ star tip, pipe onto wax paper lined baking sheets and freeze at least 30 min before transferring to ziploc bags, store in freezer
