Completed recipe: Grilled Hummus and Caramelized Onion Sandwich. This was pretty good. I added one slice of Chao cheese and sautéed mushrooms & peppers, just to give it more body. I loved the caramelized onions along with the hummus. It still wasn't my favorite, but I bet I could tweak the innards to make it better. For now, I give it a 3/5.
