Baked Fish, trout pictured here, seasoned simply with salt, pepper, Cajun seasoning and Old Bay, drizzled with butter and dusted with lemon zest, baked and garnished with sliced green onion and fresh parsley. Works well with many fish. Served here with Southern style green beans and parslied potatoes.
-Slice apples as thinly as possible. (crosswise so the core was in the center. No need to seed it. -Boiled the apples with spices till transparent. -Take out and pat dry. -Lay on rack and put in the oven at 200 degrees. -Bake for about 1 hour. Flip and bake for another hour. -Bake until they are slightly browned.
