Shrove Tuesday (also known as Pancake Day or Mardi Gras) is celebrated on 21st February and is the day when fat and dairy products are traditionally eaten, before they are forbidden for Lent. Below is our Shrove Tuesday religious festival story.

Pancake Recipe - have students create their own scenario. If this recipe serves 4, what amount of each ingredient would I need to serve 8?, 2?, 6? ,7?,, etc. encourage students to bring in their own recipes to use for similar activities.
