Shrimp Po' Boy (Little J Style) I made this...it was so good. My hubby has a gluten allergy so I used cornstarch in place of flour and gf panko. Also I seasoned the shrimp with Lawrys and pepper; I added about a half cup of water to the egg dip; and I made a miracle whip/hot sauce instead of roumalade sauce. Oh, and I upped the calorie count a little more by adding a couple slices of baked uncured bacon, but it added a nice little flavor.
