Basil, Broccoli and Fresh Mozzarella Pizza 1 – 16 oz Lamonica Pizza dough ball ¼ cup Cibo Sundried Tomato Pesto ¼ cup Marinated Garlic Cloves 1 cup Broccoli Florets, cut small 8 oz Vacuum Packed Fresh Mozzarella (do not use water packed), shredded 1/3 cup Fresh Basil Pre-heat oven and pizza stone to 500°F. On a floured cutting board stretch dough to 15“ round. Spread with pesto and top with garlic, broccoli and shredded cheese. Bake for 7- 10 minutes. Top with fresh basil and serve.
