Healthy Paleo Chinese Chicken Salad  2 cups shredded carrots 1 head of a large Napa Cabbage, chopped into very thin strips 1/2 cup chopped cilantro 2 Tbs black sesame seeds 2 Tbs white sesame seeds 1/2 cup cashews (optional) 1 rotisserie chicken, torn into shreds Toss all in a ziplock bag - add salad dressing - shake and enjoy

Delicious doesn't even begin to cover it. I didn't have any jalapenos so I added a touch more chili pepper flakes and it came out awesome (I don't even know if I'll make it with the jalapenos next time ... it was spicy enough).
