Chicken with Cashews (Healthy Main Dish)  Made adjustments to suit my tastes and it came out great.  Baked chicken instead of frying, excluded water chestnuts, quinoa instead of rice, and truvia instead of regular sugar.  Came out to 385 calories per serving.  Did not have gingerroot or hoisin sauce so left those out as well. -- Ingredients:  Soy Sauce, Sesame Oil, Chicken, Ginger, Rice Vinegar, Snow Peas, Shredded Carrots, Cashews, Rice or Quinoa.
