Lebanese Potato Salad. So, so, so good. I made it with russet potatoes, and I think it would be better with red potatoes, but it was still terrific. I bought fresh mint from the farmer's market, so I've been looking for recipes to use it before it goes bad, and this is a great one. The lemon juice just completes the whole dish.
Amish Slaw Allrecipes.com - Altered - In large bowl, toss together bag cabbage slaw mix w carrots, onion (4 red baby onions from garden), 1/2 C splenda. In small saucepan, combine 2/3 C apple cider vinegar, 1 t salt, 1 t celery seed, 1 t splenda, 1 t prepared mustard and 1/2 C oil. Bring to boil, cook 3 minutes. Cool completely, then pour over cabbage mixture, and toss to coat. Refrigerate overnight for best flavor. Freeze. Try 5/28/15 not sweet - freeze 3x 1C-portions and see how it thaws
