Dennis' Cabbage/St. Patrick's Day Cabbage 1 head cabbage (chopped), 4 strips peppered/thick country style bacon (chopped), 1/2 yellow onion (chopped), 2 T. mayonnaise. Brown bacon in a skillet, remove but leave drippings. Cook onion in the skillet with the bacon drippings until onions are soft. Add the cabbage, stir and cover. Add bacon and mayonnaise and stir, cover for a bit longer. Keep skillet over medium heat. Cabbage should be 'pliable' but still iwth a slight crunch. Very tasty!
