--witnessing our thoughts is one of the most powerful things we can do to increase our consciousness-- if we're not feeling well on any level, then it's time to do some observation of our thinking. If we can shift our negative thoughts into positive ones (attitude adjustment) we will be amazed how outside situations shift for the better as well!!!
