Tom's office redesign. The only existing item was his desk. My fav thing is the antique mantle front I found to add dimension and the serious, traditional artwork with the unexpected whimsical pig diving into the water.
Coffee or a Catnap - Space for napping was a must-have for the homeowners, so a daybed coated in outdoor paint was added to the space. A cute pair of chairs and a table make an ideal spot for morning coffee rituals
A variety of flea market finds were given new life in this shabby chic porch. The overall affect is an inviting and comfortable porch, perfect for a cup of tea and a good book. Our golden rule is to spend on items that get either a) the most use, or b) the most attention. Specifically spend on art, lighting, mattress, bedding, sofa, area rug, office chair, kitchen appliances and a "wild card" item, which may be something whimsical, unexpected, or a one-of-a-kind piece that may not be practical or functional but it makes you smile every time you see it.
