Pinning this but did not make the recipe exactly as it is. Used it for inspiration for a quiche. Really liked the use of thyme here. SInce I made a quiche I cooked the onion and squash and placed it in the bottom of the pie crust. Upped the egg to 5 and added a cup of milk. I had gouda so used that instead of parmesan. Cooked at 375 until set.
