Baked Penne with Chicken, Broccoli and Smoked Mozzarella
Pasta, Chicken & Veggie Bowl Tons of greens make pasta more satisfying. Layer cups penne pasta (whole-grain is best) with 4 oz. grilled chicken, cups broccoli (cooked in 1 tbsp. olive oil with a pinch of red pepper flakes), and 2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese.
***Panera Broccoli & Cheese Soup I cooked the onions and garlic in butter, substituted the cream for 2 cups of milk, doubled the cheese, used a variety of cheeses and used cloves instead of allspice. Also I didn't need to thicken it. Excellent ! Sept 2013
