#Paleo Chipotle Lime Chicken Skewers. I used this recipe to make a fajita chicken salad of sorts. Cut the chicken into strips before marinating. Sautee peppers and onions in a little EVOO with salt and pepper for about 10 minutes on medium heat. I topped with some fresh salsa and guac. Such a flavorful, healthy meal!
