Loaded Mashed Potatoes Bake @350 6 cups mashed potatoes 1/2 cup milk 1 cup sour cream 2 tsp parsley 1 tsp garlic powder 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1/2 lb bacon crumbled. Mix first 5 in mixer until creamy, spoon in greased 9 x 13 top with cheese & bacon. Cover w/foil for 30 min.
Cilantro Lime Rice 2 Cups Low Sodium Chicken Stock 1 Cup Jasmine Rice, Uncooked 1 Large Lime, Zested and Juiced (or 2 small) 2 Cloves Garlic - Crushed 2 TBS Butter, cut into small cubes 1 Pinch of Crushed Red Pepper 1 large handful of FRESH Cilantro (Must be fresh or frozen, no dried) chopped Salt and Pepper to taste
CP RAVIOLI ~ 25 oz bag of frozen ravioli, 1 jar of favorite spaghetti sauce, 1 C Mozzarella cheese ~ Dump bag of frozen ravioli right into CP. Pour jar of sauce over it. Stir to evenly coat ravioli with sauce. Cover & cook on high for about 3 hours. About 20 minutes before ready to serve, sprinkle top of ravioli with finely shredded Mozzarella cheese. Pop the lid back on & let it melt ~ about 20 minutes. Once the cheese is melted, plate it up & serve along with a salad.
