Lemon cheesecake with oats crust. Method - Mix a cup of grinded oats with 2spoon melted butter and set in the bottom of baking pan pressing firmly with the back of a spoon. Mix half a cup of sugar, 1large egg, lime juice and 1cup of cream cheese in a separate bowl into a smooth paste. Pour this paste on top of the crust. Bake for 20-22 mins at 350. Let it cool for 30 mins. Chill in the fridge for Atleast 2 hours. Add a layer of melted blackberry jam and chopped kiwis for the topping.
