How to sharpen your rotary cutter blade - Fold a peice of kitchen foil wrap (the kind you use in the oven and BBQ). Fold about 4 times so its thick. Place folded foil on your cutting mat and run your rotary cutter over it many many times. Your blade will be sharp again. This also works for paper punches. Just use one layer for punches or it will jam up.
