According to the comments on this blog these doughnuts made from canned biscuits are amazing! And only take approx 15 minutes to make. The blogger says to dip them in cinnamon and sugar and a commenter left her recipe for glaze: 3c powered sugar, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla, 1/2 cup cold water or milk. Mix in bowl and dip, dry on cooling rack (with wax paper underneath to catch drips)  Can't wait to try both ways!

Enchilada Meatballs...I've made these multiple times and we love them! I double the amount of cornbread and make 2-3 batches and freeze them, they are easy to thaw and throw in the oven for an easy dinner!! _Shellie
