How to apply eyebrow pencil: 1. Brush hair UP 2. Trim hair OUTSIDE of brow line 3. and 4. Pluck hairs with tweezers 5. Hold pencil straight from edge of nose. This is where inside of brow should be. 6. Angle pencil to middle of iris. This is where the arch should be. 7. Angle pencil to edge of eye. This is where the end of the brow should be. 8. Fill in with pencil (light feathery motions)
