I based my recipe on this one and it was great! Preheat oven to 400 degrees and line a shallow baking pan with parchment paper. 2Tbsp olive oil mayo, 2tsp Dijon mustard, 1tsp lemon juice mix and coat 4 large tilapia filets then dredge in 1cup panko mixed with 1/2-1 tsp old bay seasoning. Bake for 20-30 minutes.  Both O and Jeff voted to make it again.  The recipe linked to this picture also sounds good.
