Pumpkin Pie in a Bowl (ramekin, or mug), THM S. NO FLOURS needed! This works fine with a whole egg, just egg whites (FP if you reduce CO), and I've even made it with 3 leftover yolks instead of an egg or whites. I've experimented with it many ways, including the above egg methods and also adding cottage cheese, even! Test the batter for sweetness and preferred spice level. Don't put it in a very small ramekin, as it may overflow. ;-):
