Cedar Smoked Lemon-Rosemary Chicken- this is a really nice way to do chicken Breast/Delicious chicken. I marinated mine all day in the fridge and let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes. Will make again.
(Weight Watchers Parmesan Chicken Cutlets super yummy, super easy. Chris doctored them up a little by spooning on a little marinara and adding a fresh slice of mozzarella to the top after they were done baking, then baking until the mozz melted. mmmmmm :)
