NATALIE JILL: 1. Resistance Leg Lift (1 min) (30 second each leg) use the top leg to create resistance on the bottom) work those abs as you lift and lower   2. Bridge Inner Thigh Pulses (1 min) - lift up and squeeze!   3. Flutter Kicks (1 min) - work those lower abs!  Repeat this sequence 3 times total! ( Up to 9 minute workout) YOU CAN DO THIS!  Have a towel and water bottle nearby and kill this workout!
