Oatmeal Caramelitas! So, I found this on here. My Nana used to make these. It was here signature dessert.  She gave me the recipe & I lost it. Over the years I have seen versions of it, but never called carmelitas.  Here's to the original!! This is what dreams are made of ;-)

Flip-Flop Cobbler. NO WHITE SUGAR. I used 4  fresh apricots and 1/2 apple with 1/2 c of organic apple juice, thinly sliced instead of canned fruit, less than 1/2c of honey and less than 1/2c of brown sugar. I also added 1t of vanilla extract and sprinkled cinnamon on top. DELICIOUS and so easy!
