Apple oatmeal pancake for the win!  1 packet instant oatmeal  1/2 cup liquid egg whites  1 small Apple chopped  Cinnamon  Liquid vanilla stevia  1 tbs almond butter  Mix ingredients except almond butter. Cook over in coconut oil over medium heat. Top with almond butter and enjoy!! #handcapproved #focusednutrition #summerbodiesaremadeinthewinter

My vegetarian tacos turned  into vegetarian nachos! Same ingredients I just cut up the tortillas and toasted them for a few minutes until they were crunchy. I am seriously loving all the recipes on this plan.
