Tour of Martins Bank Building, Liverpool  Designed by Herbert J Rowse and opened in 1932, it is widely regarded as one of the best interwar classical buildings in the country. The tour will include the chance to see the following:  Bank Vaults  Banking Hall  Directors Suite  Board Room*     Tours run at 1pm and 3pm on 21st and 22nd June 2012 and will last approximately 90 minutes. http://www.lovearchitecture.org/event.html?event=279

The Angel Building was built in 1889, as Ogg Brothers Drapery Warehouse, and is a much loved landmark in this south side district due to the angel which surmounts its south turret.
