Pride of Baltimore II (Swivel Gun) - Tall ship Pride of Baltimore II (along with Highlander Sea) stopped in Bay City, Bay County, Michigan one day. Here is a view of a Swivel gun on Pride 2, docked near Wenonah Park along the east bank of the Saginaw River. Pride of Baltimore is a Topsail Schooner, and is a replacement for a previous reproduction, which sank in 1986.

Early Arrivals - This was early morning on the day when the “Parade of Sails” was to take place – the ‘official’ arrival of the Tall Ships for the Great Lakes United Tall Ships Challenge® – 2010. However, three ships had ‘snuck in’ during the night: Pride of Baltimore II, Denis Sullivan and America’s Privateer Lynx. In this shot, Pride of Baltimore II is left of center, while Denis Sullivan is right of center. Lynx was docked on the west bank (to my left) in Veterans Memorial Park.
