Love this! Another amazing okra dish is to cut the ends off of fresh okra and toss it with a tiny bit of olive oil and put in a baking dish. Then pour on a hefty amount of soy sauce and toss it. Bake it in oven on 375 for about 45 minutes stirring a couple of times. The roasted okra is to die for!!!
