Okay y'all ... I need your help!!!! The last few days I've indulged on holiday treats WAY TOO MUCH! I've used the holiday weekend as an excuse for long enough and it's time to make me work off those treats!  And I thought it'd be fun to get my followers help in this mini challenge-- so YOU decide my fate   For every like on this photo I will do 2 squats for every comment I'll do 5 burpees and every share I'll do 10 crunches.... What a great idea. Write a bunch of exercises on popsicle sticks and put them in one cup. Whenever you have a chance, grab one, do what it says, and move the stick to the Done cup.

Put one dollar in the jar everytime you work out. When you reach a goal, treat yourself with a new outfit!       LOVE THIS IDEA!! =)      (incentive) - too bad I never have cash!
