Baked Jalapeno Poppers    Approx. 14 Jalapenoes  1/2 block cream cheese (4oz)  Approx 6 oz cheddar cheese  1/2 white onion    Mix the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and diced onion. Slice the jalapenoes in half and seed.  Then stuff the jalapeno shells with cream cheese mixture.  Bake at 400 degrees for 12-15 min.
