That would certainly put things in perspective. I wish menus would list burpee equivalents rather than calories. For example, if you had pumpkin spiced latte, you might as well get down and do 367 burpees. LOL damn it dessert!!
Just remember to do what works for you. Everyone's body is different and reacts differently so what works for one person might not be for you. Find the diet/workout/exercise/motivation that helps you get the body YOU WANT and stick with it. That is the most important part, sticking with it.
