21 Day Fix - 8 greens (frozen spinach, peppers and 1 big can diced tomatoes) ground turkey (1 lb) 4 reds low fat ricotta cheese 8 yellows whole grain pasta 4 blues mozzarella cheese = 8 lunches of 1R, 1G, 1Y, 1/2 B I divide into 8 measure pasta after cooking. 21 day fix healthy pizza! 1 flat out, 1 blue of mozzarella cheese, 1 red ground beef, 2 a couple turkey pepperoni if you like or omit! Organic pizza sauce I only used a couple tablespoons! You can add more or less depending on your calories and number of containers! Preheat over 400 degrees. Bake the flatbread with no toppings for 3-4 minutes watching closely to not burn. Add toppings. Broil a couple of minutes watching closely!
