This is AMAZING! Rich, creamy, mousse-like. Fudgy Mocha Frosting My tweaks: I used Hershey's dark cocoa, added 16 additional teaspoons of sweet blend and 6 additional doonks of THM stevia extract. It still wasn't very sweet before refrigeration.
Sausage Balls.....secret ingredient ~ cream cheese. The cream cheese keeps the sausage balls moist and tender. Hot sausage for a little kick, but regular sausage works well, too. 1 lb hot sausage, uncooked. 8 oz cream cheese, softened. 1 1/4 cups Bisquick. 4 oz cheddar cheese, shredded. Preheat oven to 400F. Mix all ingredients til well combined. (KitchenAid mixer w/ dough hook works well) Roll into 1 inch balls. Bake 20-25 min. Enjoy!
