Not Exactly"Shrimp Fried Rice."  Earlier this week I made brown rice with kale, spinach and broth in my rice cooker. Froze some and today I used the left overs.  I sautéed onion, green, red, yellow and orange peppers in olive oil.  I then pan fried shrimp and added egg and scrambled. Added my last week's rice with a little Bragg liquid Aminos.  tasted yummy.
