Unbelievable Chicken 9/29/14: 1 lb. thin chicken breasts, 2 Tbl. canola oil, 1 Tbl. dijon mustard, 1 1/2 Tbl. cider vinegar, 3 Tbl. brown sugar, 1/2 tsp. kosher salt, 1/2 tsp. black pepper, 1/4 tsp. dried minced garlic, 2 tsp. lemon juice, 1 lrg. fresh lime. Makes enough marinade for ~2 lb. chicken. Tastes as good as the name...best chicken marinade ever!

Stuffed peppers - cook ground beef, boil rice, boil peppers a little. Season ground beef (salt, pepper, garlic powder) put beef & rice together then mix in tomato sauce (or marinara). Stuff pepper with filling - half way add cheese - more filling then more cheese on top towards the end. Add water and gravy in bottom of baking dish. Bake peppers in liquid for 350 degrees until peppers are nice and soft.
