RECIPE: Maple Leaf (makes one cocktail); *¾ oz Red Rose Tea; *¾ oz maple syrup; 1½ oz Virginia Highland Malt Whisky; ¾ oz orange juice; Orange peel to garnish;  3 dashes molasses bitters;                                                                                                                 1. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.  4. Remove from heat and steep for 10 minutes before straining.  5. Pour 5 ounces of mixture over 1 ½ ounces VHM
