A survey of 23 countries by Ipsos for BuzzFeed has found that the UK scores highly in terms of agreement with transgender rights. As the below chart by Statista shows, we outpaced countries such as the United States, Australia, France, Italy and Japan:
Recent news reports have revealed that Chase Bank has added highly-inappropriate questions about employee support for the LGBT community to its annual employee survey designed to help assess its management team. Ch. 4 discusses Women's Sexuality and Sexual Rights, and in this article, it talks about the LGBT rights in China. There was a study at one of the local university's in Honk Kong that conducted survey's among people and their opinions about the rights of LGBT communities that live in China. While the majority of the people said they were fine with it, there have been no laws that have passed for LGBT people having to do with their emergency medical situations and burials for their spouses.
