Heart-Healthy Meatballs Great turkey meatball recipe, but I'd make the carbs more complex, save calories, and make it gluten free by using spaghetti squash instead of whole wheat pasta. Also, clean it up by making your own pasta sauce! I'll have to post my next homemade pasta sauce :)
