(don't forget your quarter for your cart!) *avoid inner aisles of the grocery store unless it's for necessities(spices, oats, etc) *fruits/veggies on sale??? stock up and freeze some for smoothies! ✨BREAKFAST! This is a mix of sauteed mushrooms, onion, bell pepper & spinach. We topped 1 whole grain waffle with these AND 2 eggs! **struggle getting your veggies in daily like me??
