Put chicken in 9x13 pan. Add potatoes and drained green beans (1 or 2 cans, however much you need). Melt a stick of butter and pour over everything, then sprinkle a packet of Italian seasoning. This is SO good!! It's a must try!

Corn Casserole

Best Ever Corn Casserole! 1 box Jiffy corn bread mix, 1 can cream corn, 1 can whole kernel corn (drained), 2 eggs, 1 stick butter (melted) and 1 cup sour cream. Mix all together in casserole adding the sour cream last. Bake in 350 oven for 45 minutes (my favorite thing in the universe)

4-6 raw chicken breasts, new potatoes, green beans (fresh or canned-really any green veggie would work. Broccoli is good, too). Arrange in 9x13 dish. Sprinkle with a packet of Italian dressing mix and then top with a melted stick of butter. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Enjoy!

RANCH CHICKEN Combine: 3/4 cup crushed cornflakes. 3/4 cup parmesan cheese. 1 packet of hidden valley ranch dressing mix. Dip 8 chicken halves in melted butter and then roll in cornflake mix. Place in greased 9x13 pan. Bake @ 350 for 45 min. Best. Chicken. Ever!

Fresh Strawberry Cake

Ingredients: FOR THE CAKE: 1 box vanilla, white or yellow cake mix; 1 (3 oz.) box strawberry gelatin mix (Jell-O); 4 eggs; 1 cup vegetable oil; 1/4 cup water; 1 pint fresh strawberries (or 1 cup crushed fresh strawberries) FOR THE ICING: 1/2 block (4 oz.) cream cheese, softened; 1/3 cup butter, softened; 2 cups powdered sugar; 1 tsp. vanilla extract; 1 tbsp. milk.

Amish Noodles

Good for a sick day! These are so yummy!!! Amish Noodles: 2 tablespoons butter 1 chicken bouillon cube 2 (14 ounce) cans chicken broth 12 ounces egg noodles Directions: In a large pan, brown the butter. Add broth and boullion cube, bring to a boil. Add noodles, bring to a second boil, cover and turn off heat. (leave pot on the same burner). Let stand 30 minutes, stirring 2 or 3 times.

Texas Roadhouse Cinnamon Honey Butter 1 stick unsalted butter, room temperature 1/4 c. powdered sugar 1/4 c. honey 1 tsp. ground cinnamon Whip the room temperature butter with whisk attachment for 30 seconds. Add powdered sugar, honey and cinnamon and beat until completely combined and very smooth. Scrape down sides of bowl and turn up speed and whip for a minute or two or until really light and fluffy. Makes about 3/4 cup.
