Stress Management---Music has always helped me relieve my stress. I like to play my guitar and crank up the radio. Without music I don't know what I would do. I'm not so fond on the exercise part, but I need to do it. I would love to go to a spa, but for now my Hubba Bubba bubble bath will do just fine. :) All these things are helpful to reduce stress and anxiety. Without them a person's life is a train wreck.
