Mint Chocolate Fridge Tart - Just made this and it tastes great but was a real pain to make.  My food processor was having a hard time getting all the nuts and dates to smooth out without any liquid added.  Next time I will probably add some almond milk or maybe some yogurt.

Ingredients: 1 cup/200 g of macadamias 5 fresh dates 5 dried figs 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 teaspoon of cinnamon 2 Tbsp. of coconut flour Pinch of Himalayan or sea salt

Trying these tonight...I used 1 T milled flaxseed + 3 T water to substitute for the egg and made my own almond meal (1/3 C almonds with 1/4 t sugar ground in my processor).  I only lightly misted the balls with oil (try Misto).  I'll let you know how they taste!
