Pumpkin Breakfast Cake: 1 yellow box cake mix 1 box Pumpkin Jello pudding Mix Cinnamon, ginger, and nut meg to taste Brown sugar Butter Chopped Nuts Icing or Cool Whip Make cake mix as instructed add Pumpkin jello pudding mix and spices to taste. Add batter to cake pan. Top with brown sugar and nuts and then top with melted butter. Bake as directed on the cake box. When finished baking cool for 15 minutes then serve. Top with icing or cool whip.

Pumpkin Cinnamon Chip Cookies (5 ingredients) ... 1 box Spice Cake mix, 1 can *15 oz* pumpkin, 1 box Jello pumpkin pudding mix, 1/2 cup water, 1.5 cups cinnamon chips. Mix all ingredients together and scoop spoonfuls onto cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes, or until lightly browned. Would be especially good if iced with cream cheese frosting!!
Poke cake: Bake a yellow or white cake . Any mix will do. Then poke some holes in it. Next, make some Jello (any flavor you like) per the instructions on the box. Pour the Jello on top of the cake, making sure to cover evenly. Once covered, pop it into the fridge for an hour or two. The longer, the better. Poke cake is always better chilly. Right before serving, spread Cool Whip on top.
