Oh Land - Nanna Øland Fabricius studied with the Royal Swedish Ballet. Permanently sidelined by a fractured disk in her spine, she turned her focus to music instead. Raised around Copenhagen, by a mother who sang opera, and a father who composed classical music. Her own songwriting drew from dance-pop, R&B, and a year’s worth of tutelage at the University of Electronic Composition. Operating under the stage name Oh Land, she created a sound that evoked a mix of Robyn, Feist, and Lily Allen.
