Tropical Shrimp Ceviche ~ This is a tropical version of the classic Ceviche. It uses Jumbo shrimp (pre-cooked, or raw if you prefer) Mango, Diced Sweet Orange, Avocado, Red Onion, Grape Tomatoes, fresh Lime Juice, and Fresh Cilantro.
