Corn Casserole 1 box Jiffy cornbread mix 1 can cream corn 1 can whole kernel corn drained 2 eggs 1 stick butter melted 1 Cup Sour cream Mix all together in casserole adding the sour cream last. Bake in 350 oven for 45 minutes.
Homemade Coffee Creamer-I make this all the time and when I want to change it up I add different extracts. This morning I made a batch and split into 2 mason jars. Made one cinnamon/vanilla (2 tsp cinn) and one peppermint/vanilla (1 tsp peppermint). Better than store bought with very little preservatives. YUMMMM!
