2 tbsp olive oil, 6 thighs, chopped, 2 shallots, 3 tbsp gr curry paste, 2 tbsp chili paste, 1 tsp salt, ½ tsp ground ginger, 1 14-oz can coco milk, 2 c water, 1 14-oz can chickpeas, 1 bunch chard, sliced  Heat oil in pot. Add chick. Cook over med til almost cooked. Add shallots til soft. Add pastes, salt, ginger, coco milk, and 1 cup water. Bring to boil. Add next c water. Bring to boil, add chickpeas, simmer for 20. Add chard. White parts 2 tough - use stalks/greens. Simmer 10-15 mins.
